One-Stop Enrollment Day

Come join us on Saturday, July 25 and we will help you fill out your FAFSA, apply for admission, apply for scholarships, plan your fall classes, answer questions... and enjoy free nachos with your family! We will be here from 9 a.m.-1 p.m., but you'll need to RSVP to select the 30-minute time slot to meet with us.

From IT to Industry

On an Information Technology path to the future, Franklin Spangler discovered something that didn鈥檛 just complement his IT background, it reshaped how he saw himself and his career: Mechatronics. 鈥淏efore mechatronics, I was planning to go into one building, stay there, fix computers,鈥� he says. 鈥淣ow I feel like I can do a whole lot more鈥攇o into much broader areas, fix bigger machines.鈥�

In 1963, the citizens of Rockingham County requested of the State Board of Education that a local community college be established. Since students first stepped into our classrooms in 1966, RCC has strived to serve, educate and train the community.
